Eliška's father was Jan VII. starší Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and her mother was Anna Malovcová z Chýnova.  Her maternal grandparents were Zdenìk Malovec z Chýnova and Kateøina Radièe, z. She had three brothers and a sister, named Jan VIII. starší, Zdislav IV., Zdenìk III. and Lidmila.  She died in 1592.  She was buried in 1592 in kostel sv. Petra, Hradec Králové.
