Josefina was born on October 19th, 1906 in Wien.  Josefina's father was František de Paula Maria Ferdinand Konstantin Deym ze Støíteže and her mother was Maria Fontaine et d'Harnoncourt-Unverzagt, de la.  Her paternal grandparents were František de Paula Severin Václav Maria Filip Deym ze Støíteže and Anna Schlabrendorf, von; her maternal grandparents are Hubert Fontaine et d'Harnoncourt-Unverzagt, de la and Josefina Mitrowská z Mitrowitz. She had four brothers and three sisters, named František de Paula, Ferdinand Antonín, Leopold Siegfried, Hubert Wladimir, Marie Anna, Isabela and Juliana "Julie".  She died at the age of 82 on July 17th, 1989 in Ehreshoven.
