Marie Klára was born in 1746.  Marie Klára's father was Jindøich Kajetán Blümegen and her mother was Marie Antonie Anna Chorynská z Ledské.  Her paternal grandfather was Heøman Jošt Blümegen and her paternal grandmother is Jenovéfa Isabela DEURINGOVÁ; her maternal grandfather was František Karel Chorynský z Ledské and her maternal grandmother is Marie Kateøina Kotulínská z Korulína. She had a brother and three sisters, named František Jindøich, Marie Eleonora, Marie Josefa and Marie Antonie.  She died at the age of 27 in 1773.
