Marie Karolina was born in 1793.  Marie Karolina's father was František Josef Bechinie z Lažan and her mother is Amalie Eleonora Sádubská ze Schönthalu.  Her paternal grandfather was Josef Kryštof Bechinie z Lažan and her paternal grandmother is Ludmila TUCHÁNSKÁ Z BRANIC. She had four brothers and a sister, named František Jáchym Kvido, Maria Václav, Gideon Erasmus, Karel Eusebius Josef and Josefa.  She was the second youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 1 in 1794.
