Maria Anna was born in 1744. Maria Anna's father was Gottfried Anton Vequel, von and her mother was Maria Maximiliana Drechsel, von. Her paternal grandparents were Karl Johann Lothar Vequel, von and Anna Elisabeth Lindenberg, von. She had three brothers named Karl Ludwig, Johann Baptist and Joseph Cajetan. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 71 in 1815.
