Philippe I. Tanlay, de

Philippe I. was born in 1264. Philippe I.'s father was Jean I. Tanlay, de and his mother was Marguerite Plancey, de. His paternal grandparents were Robert I. Tanlay, de and Marguerite Mello, de. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert II., Etienne, Jean and Marie. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 36 in 1300. He was buried in Abbaye de Quincey.
