Mariana Vincenca was born in 1784 in Torino. Mariana Vincenca's father was Alexandre Sousa Holstein, de and her mother was Isabel de Sousa Coutinho Monteiro Paim. Her paternal grandparents were Emanuel Sousa-Chicorro, de and Maria Anna Leopoldine Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck, von. She had a brother and two sisters, named Pedro, Tereza Frederica Cristina and Catarina Juliana. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Filippe Maria and Maria Elena. She died at the age of 45 in 1829 in Paris.
