Václav was born on June 15th, 1852 in Grabów.  Václav's father was Czeslaw Reisky z Dubnic and his mother was Eveline Laczynska.  His paternal grandfather was František Xaver Rajský z Dubnice. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Roman, Zdislav, František Xaver, Ludovika, Marie and Sylvie.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 61 on October 23rd, 1913 in Warszawa.
