Alexander was born in 1595.  Alexander's father was Václav Mikuláš Pecingar z Bydžína and his mother was Anna Marie Stošová z Kounic.  His paternal grandparents were Balcar "Baltazar" Pecingar z Bydžína and Kateøina Harasova, z. He had two sisters named Anna and Dorota.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1660.
