Antonín Benjamin was born in 1735.  Antonín Benjamin's father was Jan Nepomuk Mitrovský z Nemyšle and his mother was Marie Kazimíra Blankovská z Dorušic.  His paternal grandparents were Arnošt Matyáš Mitrovský z Nemyšle and Marie Terezie Lehocká. He had two brothers named Josef Antonín and Karel.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 78 in 1813.
