Václav František's father was Jan Kryštof Malovec z Malovic and his mother is Marie Veronika Švihovská.  His paternal grandparents were Václav Malovec z Malovic and Anna Mitrovic, z. He had three brothers and a sister, named Jan Kryštof, Antonín Maxmilian Bernart, Jan František and Anna Polyxena.  He died in 1705.
