Ofka's father was Jan Malovec z Pacova and her mother is Anna Barchova, z.  Her paternal grandfather was Jan mladší Malovec z Pacova and her paternal grandmother is Afra Úlická z Plešnic. She had three sisters named Alžbìta "Eliška", Kateøina and Anežka.  She died in 1536.
