Jean-Perez's father is Hector Lusignan, de and his mother is Margarita Zorzalemi. His paternal grandfather was Philippe Lusignan, de and his paternal grandmother is Isabelle Fabrice. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Hercule, Ambroise, Lucrere, Laure and Marie. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Philippe, Louis, Jerome and Marguerite. He died in 1572.
