Anna Polixena was born in 1625.  Anna Polixena's father was Jan Burian Kobylka z Kobylího and her mother was Kateøina Eufemie Martinkovská z Rozseèe.  Her paternal grandfather was Mikuláš starší Kobylka z Kobylího and her paternal grandmother is Barbora Mošovská z Moravèína. She had three brothers and a sister, named Mikuláš Vilém, Jan Maxmilian, Kryštof Jiøí and Mandalena Pavlína.  She died at the age of 45 on April 22nd, 1670 in Brno.
