Prokop Jan Nepomuk starší was born in 1783.  Prokop Jan Nepomuk starší's father was Jan Nepomuk Josef I. Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and his mother was Anna Barbora Stubenberka, ze.  His paternal grandparents were Karel Ferdinand Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and Anna Alžbìta Terezie Straková z Nedabylic; his maternal grandparents are Leopold Stubenberka, ze and Henrietta Stubenberka, ze. He had a brother and five sisters, named Jan Václav I., Marie Josefa, Maximiliana Josefa, Aloisie, Gabriela and Valburga. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Jan Václav, Aloisie Ludvíka, Marie Anna, Gabriela and Valburga.  He died at the age of 32 in 1815.  He was buried in Dobøenice.
