Vincencie was born in 1755.  Vincencie's father was Jan Kryštof Blümegen and her mother was Marie Louisa HERBERSTEINOVÁ.  Her paternal grandfather was Heøman Jošt Blümegen and her paternal grandmother is Jenovéfa Isabela DEURINGOVÁ. She had three brothers and three sisters, named František Josef, Petr Alcantara Heøman, Amálie, Kajetána, Aloisie and Johanka Nepomucena.  She died at the age of 56 in 1811.
