József was born on June 19th, 1904 in Bekölce.1   József's father was Lajos Pozsik and his mother was Borbála Csuhaj (Balogh).  His paternal grandparents were ? Pozsik and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were József Csuhaj (Balogh) and Rozália Dorkó (Puka). He had three brothers and three sisters, named Lajos, Bertalan, István, Zsuzsanna, Mária and Borbála.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 67 on June 20th, 1971 in Bekölce.2
