William was born in 1710.  William's father was Robert Waller (of Rookwood) and his mother was Anna Maria Hughes.  His paternal grandparents were John Waller (of Kilmainham Castle) and Hannah Coddington. He had a brother named Robert.  He was the younger of the two known children.  He died at the age of 86 in 1796.
