Roger was born in 1022. Roger's father was Ranulf I de Warenne and his mother was Beatrice de Vascoeuil. His paternal grandparents were Tesselin de Rouen and ??? de Bolbec. He had a brother named Ranulf II. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 56 in 1078.General Notes
