Henry IV was born in 1553.  Henry IV's father was Antoine de Navarre (King of Navarre) and his mother was Jeanne III d'Albret.  His paternal grandparents were Charles de Bourbon (Duke of Vendôme) and Françoise d'Alençon.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 57 in 1610.
