Harold, known as Harefoot, was born in 1015. Harefoot's father was Cnut (King of Denmark, Norway & England) and his mother was Ælfgifu of  Northampton. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Harthacnut and Gunhilda.  He died at the age of 25 in 1040.
