Robert was born in 1599. Robert's father was Robert D'Oyly (of Adderbury) and his mother was Anne Yates. His paternal grandparents were Robert D'Oyly (of Merton; of Adderbury) and Katherine Tregyan. He had two brothers named William and Christopher. He had two half-brothers named John and Nathaniel.General Notes
