II. Christopher D'Oyly, of Banbury, co. Oxon., an Attorney of the Court of Common Pleas in 1729.[614] He was baptized at Adderbury, April 1682, and before 1716 married Susanna ——. He made his will at Banbury, where he resided, and practised the law till his death, dated January 1750; makes bequests to all his children; and to his brothers and sisters then living; directing that his brother Thomas and his family enjoy certain lands therein specified. He also leaves a charity to the poor of Banbury, and appoints his son Christopher D'Oyly his executor. His death occurred soon after, his will being proved, March 1752, in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. By Susanna his wife, who was alive in 1750, he had issue,
