David Cecil 
David was born in 1460. David's father was Richard Cecil (ap Philip Seisyllt of Alt-yr-Ynys). He was an only child. He died at the age of 80 in 1540.General Notes

He was born to a Welsh family, the third son of Richard Cecil ap Philip Seisyllt of Alt-yr-Ynys, Herefordshire and settled near Stamford, Lincolnshire.
