Dorcas was born on April 30th, 1957.  Dorcas' father was Red (Radclyffe) Meadowes and her mother was Lydia (Meadowes).  Her paternal grandparents were Sherwood Meadowes and Cecily (Meadowes).  She is an only child.  She was adopted by Sherwood Meadowes & Cecily (Meadowes) at seven years old in 1964.
