Sarah was born on October 15th, 1926. Sarah's father was Thomas Haddock and her mother was Mary Murray. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Haddock and Susan Erskine; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Murray and Mary Pendleton????. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, Susan, Mary, Lily, Agnes and Peg. She died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 72 on March 17th, 1999 in 54 Bute Avenue. Her burial was in Kilmacolm Cemetary.¹
