Jane Mary Westby

Jane was born in 1834 in Little Bolton and her baptism took place on April 27th, 1834 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Jane's father was Thomas Westby and her mother was Sarah Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph (Joshua) Mather and Mary Thorp. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, Thomas and Mary. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 41 in 1875 in Farnworth.²
