Jane Timmis

Jane was born in 1821 in Liverpool and her christening took place on June 23rd, 1822 at St. Peter (Liverpool).¹

Jane's father was Richard Timmis and her mother was Ellen Lewis.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Timmis and Mary Hall. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Josiah, Richard, Catherine, Mary, Ellenor and Ann.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 72 in December 1893 in Great Budworth.  She was buried on January 1st, 1894 in Great Budworth.²
