Frances was born on May 12th, 1818 in Manchester and her baptism took place there on July 21st, 1818.1  Frances' father was George Robinson and her mother was Frances Mather.  Her maternal grandparents were Abraham Mather and Hannah Dale. She had a brother named George.  She was the older of the two known children.
