David Pickles

David's father was Michael Pickles and his mother was Margaret. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Henry, Joseph, Benjamin, Isabel, Hannah and Nancy.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 56 in May 1822 in Foulridge.  He was buried on May 19th, 1822 at St. Bartholomew's (Colne).²
