Thomas was born on August 13th, 1882 in Billinge and his baptism took place on November 5th, 1882 at St. Aidan (Billinge).1  Thomas' father was William Peach and his mother was Margaret Mather.  His maternal grandparents were William Mather and Ann Mather. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the three children. He had a half-sister named Ann.  He died at the age of 71 on January 11th, 1954 in Billinge.2
