Walter Mather

Walter was born on June 25th, 1861 in Pilkington and his baptism took place on August 7th, 1861 in Stand.¹²

Birth Notes

Walter's father was William Henry Mather and his mother was Mary Ann Walker. His paternal grandparents were James Mather and Martha Whitaker. He had a brother and three sisters, named Edwin, Francis, Gertrude and Edith. He was the second youngest of the five children.
