This implies Maria was baptised at the Chapel St, Independent, Halshaw Moor church, which is now where Chapel Street is, off Market St (A6053), and very near Farnworth Station.
Halshaw Moor, Farnworth is clearly visible on the 1850 Lancashire and Furness map.

The marriage record of 1846 shows Maria's father was Samuel, a Weaver from Turton.
There was a Maria, baptised 8-Jan-1926 in Ringley, daughter of Samuel Mather and Margaret from Kersley, so this is her (Francis and Eunice also baptised there), and Maria was a minor when she married 6-Feb-1846.
