Joseph Mather

Joseph was born in 1818 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on January 3rd, 1819 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Joseph's father was John (Mechanic) Mather and his mother was Ann Thompson. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, John, Thomas, Jane, Martha and Ellen. Joseph and Jane were twins. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Thomas, Betty and Sarah. He died at the age of 77 in 1895 in New South Wales. His burial was in NSW.
