John Joseph Mather

John was born on May 27th, 1869 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on June 13th, 1869 at St. George (Little Bolton).¹²

John's father was William Mather and his mother was Jane Lever. His maternal grandparents were <male> Lever and Ellen Crompton. He had three sisters named Ellen, Martha and Margaret. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 74 on November 26th, 1943 in Manchester.³
