2 Jan 1833, James and Fanny married at Ainsworth Christ Church. James was a Crofter.
In 1841, James, a Crofter, and Fanny (30 & 25) were at Woolfold, Tottington, Lower End with George (7) and Esther (5 mo).
Sometime after 1836, James and Fanny moved to Prestwich which is where daughters Alice and Sarah were born.
From 1862, there are more MATHER+NUTTALL births recorded at Bury. This is probably another James Mather who married Rachel Nuttall at Bury St Paul in 1862.
