Hannah Mather

Hannah was born on October 9th, 1806 in Bolton and her baptism took place on November 16th, 1806 in Dukes Alley Chapel (NC).¹²

Hannah's father was John Mather and her mother was Betty Sutcliff. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Jennet (Jenny) Hamer. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Thomas, John, James, Mary, Jane and Betty. She was the eighth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 84 in 1890 in Bolton.
