In 1841, Esther (8) was living at Half Acre with Jesse and Hannah (both 49) and family. She is the same age as Arron, so may be his twin sister, but may also be adopted as a daughter of Thomas, not Jesse.
In 1851, Esther Mather was not with Jesse and Hannah and family. Esther "Allen" (17) was with her parents Thomas and Alice Allen at Stand, neighbours of Joseph and Nancy Mather.
1 June 1856 Esther Mather a weaver at Half Acre, Whitefiled, daughter of Thomas Mather a gardener married Edmund Berry.
