Abraham Mather

Abraham was born in March 1750 in Haslingden and his baptism took place there on March 17th, 1750.¹²

Abraham's father was Abraham Mather and his mother was Anne Barns. His paternal grandparents were John (Old Hatter) Mather and Martha Mather. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, James, Thomas, William, Abraham and Anne. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Sarah. He died at the age of 3 in March 1753 in Haslingden. He was buried on March 5th, 1753 in Haslingden.¹
