Katharina, known as Margaret, was born in 1853 in Hannover.¹

  Probably from Hanover province.
  
  Catharina Mari Dorothea Hoyer was born 21 May 1856 at Gross Klecken, Hannover. Could this be her?
  
  On her marriage Certificate she is Katharina M M Heuer.

Margaret's father was George Heuer and her mother was <unknown>. She had a brother and a sister, named Heinrich and Dorris. She died at the age of 74 on March 7th, 1927 in West Derby. Her burial was on March 10th, 1927 in Kirkdale.²³

  In 1818, 1819, 1921, Christopher (her son) and Margaret "Dittmar" are listed on the Liverpool Electoral Registers at 42 Alton Road, together with (youngest son) Charles Dittmar. However, Christopher died at sea in 1917
  
  In 1921, Elizabeth (67 a widow, German national from Hannover), was living with her son Herman.
  
  10 Mar 1927, Catherine M M Dittmer, aged 73 of Allon (or Alton) Road, Tuebrook was buried in the Dittmer family grave at Kirkdale.
