Frank was born on February 2nd, 1945 in Tottington.1  Frank's father was Thomas Hesten and his mother was Mary Eleanor Roberts.  His maternal grandparents were John James Roberts and Gertrude Harrison. He had a sister.  He died at the age of 68 on November 25th, 2013 in Manchester.2
