Carol's father was Albert Hyrum Fisher and her mother was Alta Jane Beckstrand. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Conrad Beckstrand and Emmaline Bennett. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Albert, Gerry, Lela, Wanda and Beulah. She died at the age of 88 on July 31st, 2009 in Utah (UT). Her burial was on August 5th, 2009 in Salt Lake County/City.²
