Joe Fidler

Joe was born in 1865 in Bosden.¹

Joe's father was Samuel Fidler and his mother was Ann Hill. His paternal grandparents were George Fidler and Ann Fidler. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Isaac, Samuel, Sarah, Martha, Elizabeth and Emma. He was the youngest of the eight children.

Death Notes
- Possibly died in 1910 Whitehaven pit disaster: "Fidler, Joseph, South Row, Kells, 42. Left widow, Sarah Jane and four children: John 14, George 9, Christopher 5, Martha 2, identified by Isaac Fidler, elder son. (Mrs Fidler sister of Mrs Hugh McAllister. Both women lost their husbands in the pit.)"

General Notes
- Joseph was living with his uncle and aunt, William and Eliza Brooks in 1881. Could this be Joe?
