Cecillia's father was Dr Leopold Friedrich Dittmer and her mother was Charlotte Wilhelmine Emilie Titel. She had three brothers and a sister, named Guido, Hugo, Anno and Clotilde. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 3 in August 1831 in Strasburg (Brodnica).¹
