Phoebe Crosland

Phoebe was born in January 1851 in Cowcliffe.¹

Phoebe's father was Joseph Crosland and her mother was Sally Mann Rushworth.  Her paternal grandparents were John Crosland and Mary Wilkinson. She had three brothers and five sisters, named George, John, Joe, Mary, Matilda, Sarah, Sarah and Phoebe.  She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 9 in March 1860 in Huddersfield.¹
