James Crook

James was born in March 1777 in Darcy Lever. James' father was Joshua Crook and his mother was Mary Lord. His paternal grandparents were John Crook and Margaret Sharples. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Samuel, Ann and Mary. James and Mary were twins. He died in March 1777 in Darcy Lever. His burial was on March 11th, 1777 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹
