Mark Briggs

Mark was born in September 1858 in Bingley.¹

Birth Notes

Mark's father was Moses Briggs and his mother was Alice Pickles. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Briggs and Abigail Bradshaw; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Pickles and Mary Roberts. He had a brother and eight sisters, named William, Roseanna, Harriet, Caroline, Abigail, Emma, Mary, Alice and Emma. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 51 in September 1909 in Burnley.²
