Matilda was born on February 14th, 1910 in Wrexham and her baptism took place there on July 17th, 1910.¹

Birth Notes

Matilda's father was Noah (Noel) Barker and her mother was Mary Jane Fisher. Her paternal grandparents were Aldred Barker and Rose (Rosanna) Anna Evans. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, John, Harriet, Elizabeth and Beatrice. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 94 in December 2004 in Birkenhead.
