Maxine was born on February 24th, 1916 in Utah (UT).¹ Maxine's father was Evan (Irvin) Bennett Arthur and her mother was Iantha A Richards. Her paternal grandparents were Edward James Arthur and Catherine Bennett. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Evan, Allen, Reed and Catherine. She died at the age of 88 on February 27th, 2004 in Utah (UT).¹
