Geeske Maria Schoon

Geeske was born on September 7th, 1895 in Grossefehn, Aurich, Lower Saxony, Germany. Geeske's father was Roelf Heyen Schoon and her mother was Modje Gerdes Ocken. Her maternal grandparents were Gerd Gerdes Ocken and Geesche Hinrichs Alberts. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Gerd, Heye, Roelf, Diedrich, Petertje and Wilhelmine. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
